Hi, my name is Chris, American Chef in Holland. This year I started my own company: CMF Culinair: personal cuisine for luxury, yet small scale occasions, at the clients home or on location. I also organize culinary clinics and can be placed as an interim chef or culinary coach.

The last 10 years I've enjoyed employment as Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant de Burgemeester in Linschoten, the Netherlands (winner of the Golden Ladle 2007) and prior to that at, among others, De Karmeliet*** in Brugge (B), De Hoefslag* (NL) and The Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan (USA). In order to stay up to date, I've participated in the gastronomic symposium Madrid Fusion and done voluntary stages at restaurant Uliassi* in Senigallia (It), Arzak*** in San Sebastian (Sp), and Le Cirque* in New York (USA).
